World-Class Customers Choosing to Partner with Digital Crossing Networks:
"Scripps has been a Digital Crossing Networks tenant for nine years. The DCN team is professional, skilled and customer-responsive. Although changes to our business environment have resulted in Scripps leaving the DCN facility, I recommend the Digital Crossing for data center services without hesitation."

"The E. W. Scripps Company portfolio which includes the HGTV, DIY, FoodTV, and Fine Living networks as well as 21 daily newspapers, United Media (Home of Dilbert, Peanuts, and 50+ other comic strips), and the Scripps Howard News Service, has very dynamic and demanding technology requirements. Keeping our systems up 24x7x365 is imperative. Growing our technology capabilities to match our growing corporation is always an exciting challenge. Colocating in the Digital Crossing has been a significant advantage for us. The vendor-neutral business model has allowed us to extend our OC-48 network into the facility for seamless integration with our other technology centers in the city. The availability of office and meeting facilities on-site has served as a convenient and complete colo solution. We have researched many of the colo facilities around the country and are very happy with the technical performance, service, and the price point of the Digital Crossing."

"We began to modify our disaster recovery plan in mid-2001 by reducing our recovery service plan to only include our Midrange System (AS/400). We had used a major Disaster Recovery Provider. With it's closest disaster recovery center located in Atlanta it was 3.5 hours to drive from Powell, TN. We chose to utilize our IS test/development lab as a first response to our recovery of the production network and application servers. With assistance from Digital Crossings staff we developed a solution to locate our test/development lab at their facilities. In addition, we upgraded our test AS/400 to act as our recovery systems as well as development. By having our recovery center here in Knoxville we shorten our recovery time by a minimum of 3 hours."
"By locating our disaster recovery and tape storage at Digital Crossings we will save nearly $75,000 annually."
"I am very impressed with the world class data center they have built. They offer redundant DC power, UPS, generator, HVAC, FM200 fire suppression all in a highly secured building. We chose Digital Crossings because they offered customized solutions at a very cost effective price which allows us to provide quicker, less expensive recovery service to the company."

“AllMeds Inc was one of the first companies to collocate our data center operations in Digital Crossing. As a developer and solution provider of industry-leading, mission-critical Electronic Medical Record software, AllMeds relies heavily on our partnership with Digital Crossing. We successfully market the uptime, redundancy, security, and reliability of the Digital Crossing collocation facility to potential AllMeds ASP clients. Physician practices depend on uninterrupted access from any location and Digital Crossing helps us deliver. We could not cost-effectively provide these services to our data center customers without Digital Crossing. We are extremely pleased with the service and benefits Digital Crossing has provided and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, cost-effective collocation solution.
